The people who are the most successful at handling conflict and achieving their goals, “productive conflict”, are those who have learned how to reframe the way they think about conflict, understand their attachment to an outcome, and then take action to confront it using practical tools and leveraging a flexible mindset. Conflict is a broader concept that encompasses clashed of interest, opinions, beliefs, values and needs.

Leadership Insight & Feedback

Effective leaders don’t just manage—they evolve. The most powerful accelerant for leadership growth is real, unfiltered insight from the people who work most closely with them. Yet gathering that feedback can be difficult without the right structure and support.

The Leadership Insight Session is an in-person or Teams/Zoom, facilitated process that provides managers/leaders with 360-style feedback directly from their teams in a safe, constructive environment. This Lab can be combined with an anonymous, asynchronous online 360 leadership development feedback survey for more data/insights and to validate that the live session didn’t leave any of the more difficult feedback on the table.

How it Works:

✅ The leader sets the tone by sharing the purpose of the session and their desire to receive feedback; they exit the room/zoom for the entirety of the facilitated feedback session, which is focused on engaging the team in a respectful, constructive open discussion.

✅ The group identifies the themes that matter most—strengths to amplify, opportunities to address, and what they need from their leader to thrive. It also includes what the team wants the leader to know about them as a team that perhaps has gone unnoticed.

✅ The facilitator then meets privately with the leader to review the feedback, creating space for reflection, clarification, and focus.

✅ Finally, the team and leader reconvene, with the leader sharing what they’ve heard, what they are committing to shift, and what they’ll hold for later.

Together, we’ll surface what gets in the way of team performance and build the foundations of a healthier, more resilient culture.
